Platters

Add organic beauty to your table, with my widely popular, oblong-shaped, and organic-edge platters. The design for these started when my brother asked if I could make him and his wife a set of sushi plates. Staying true to my own artistic aesthetic, I aimed for a juxtaposition between clean lines, and raw texture. After gifting them to my brother and posting them on instagram, the orders came rolling in from stores, restaurants and the public. I continue to make these by hand to order, without using a mold, so each platter will vary in size and shape. They can be used for sushi, dumplings, hor'doeuvres, charcuterie or as side dishes.
